The Role
Position Title: Key Accounts Lead Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for luxury cars, based in Dubai : - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Understand clients\' needs and provide tailored solutions for the transportation of luxury cars. - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. - Regularly conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for differentiation to have an up-to-date report to the leadership team.
Requirements
