We are a leading FMCG company specializing in household products, seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to drive growth and manage relationships with major supermarket chains across Dubai and the UAE.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to manage and expand our presence in Dubai's competitive retail landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major supermarket chains including Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, Spinneys, Union Coop, and other leading retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building:
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key supermarket accounts including Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, Spinneys, Al Maya, Union Coop, and VIVA Supermarket
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for household products
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for each key account
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and secure shelf space for new products
Negotiate pricing, promotional activities, and contractual terms with retailers
Drive category growth and increase market share across all assigned accounts
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop annual business plans and promotional calendars for key accounts
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and in-store activations
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
Analyze sales data and market intelligence to optimize product mix and pricing strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries
Coordinate with finance teams on credit management and payment terms
Partner with marketing teams on brand positioning and promotional activities
Collaborate with trade marketing on point-of-sale materials and merchandising
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred but not mandatory
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales with focus on key account management
Proven track record working with major supermarket chains in the UAE/GCC region
Strong experience in household products, personal care, or consumer goods categories
Experience managing accounts with annual revenues of AED 10+ million
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Knowledge of retail merchandising and category management principles
Understanding of supply chain and inventory management

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
