Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with client objectives. Facilitate internal team collaboration to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Present project strategies, timelines, and results to clients in a professional and engaging manner. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to existing clients. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Track project performance and ensure client satisfaction through quality deliverables.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency (3 years UAE experience preferred). Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and drive marketing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in client presentations and pitching ideas. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management tool Asana, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing campaigns and/or branding is an advantage.
