The Role:

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team - someone with a strong sales mindset and a natural flair for client relationship management. You'll play a key role in nurturing incoming leads from our marketing efforts, executing cold outreach when needed, and ensuring client satisfaction from onboarding to ongoing campaign management.

What You'll Do:

- Engage, qualify, and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Conduct cold outreach to potential leads when required
- Support the senior account management team in client servicing and relationship building
- Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery
- Report on sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, client services, or a client-facing role with a marketing agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Confidence in handling client calls, pitches, and reporting
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
