Binghatti Holding is seeking a highly organized and client-focused
Account Manager
to oversee and nurture ongoing relationships with property owners and service clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent, high-quality support by acting as the main point of contact for client needs post-sale or handover. The successful candidate will work across departments to deliver seamless service, address concerns proactively, and identify opportunities to enhance the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication related to after-sales services and support.
Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs, preferences, and expectations.
Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, technical, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client requests or issues.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions, cases, and service histories using CRM tools.
Handle client escalations professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolution while protecting the brand's reputation.
Prepare and present periodic client reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations for service improvement.
Support the onboarding of new clients post-purchase by guiding them through key services, documentation, and expectations.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success, ideally within real estate, property management, automotive, or luxury services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Professional, well-presented, and capable of handling high-value clientele with discretion and care.
