Position Summary

  • Driving the HA sales strategy for UAE, develops and manages the HA segment by working closely with the Retailers.
  • To develop and maintain the correct level of resource, and ensure sales target as well as market share achievement. Manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers.
Role and Responsibilities

Achievement of company targets based on proper sell-out strategies which should be set-up by KAM

Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor's promotion, retail display quality

Position Responsibilities:

Achievement of company targets across UAE:

Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Identify key models and liaise with marketing and channel to establish them as HIT products.

Manages key retailers and performs channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilling the objective of Samsung - achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in right channel

Conducts key retailer management and co-op marketing implementation.

Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.

Monitoring and driving product demand

Liaises with Marketing and retailers ensuring enhanced product visibility in the retail outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung products at the shop front.

Conducts market-trend analysis and works closely with the channel to develop plans to overcome potential issues.

Coordinates channel marketing and sell-out programs to ensure market share achievement.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience :

Over 5-years of experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in sales field of FMCG field as well)

A track record of success within UAE, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department

Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.

Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.

Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.

Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature.

Good PC skills- Excel, PowerPoint.

Highly objective oriented, catch company's objective easily in different situation
