We are pleased to announce the opening of UAE Antifungal Key Account Manager position.
- Ensure achievement of Antifungal line objectives, including sales and market growth.
- Identify stakeholders and partner with them to ensure availability of product on the market.
- Prepare account plan in order to achieve business objectives, including specifying how time and company resources would be best deployed.
- Segment the accounts and customers according to potential and propensity
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete reporting in a timely manner and in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans against key performance indicators/critical success factors and to take corrective action in alignment with direct manager.
- Prepare and present every 2 months an update on market situation and strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Develop/propose commercial strategies within area to optimize sales growth and profitability.
- Secure hospital formulary status and usage in key accounts in accordance with account plan.
- Facilitate and negotiate contracts within main tender accounts in alignment with Market Access Team.
- Develop therapeutic and market expertise within designated therapy area in alignment with Medical team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with Market Access team , Supply , Finance, Medical for related business matters.
Additional :
Experience & skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
4 years industry sales experience and at least 2 years of similar experience in institutional business.
Experience with Antifungal products is a plus.
Full English proficiency.
Successful Sales track record in Pharmaceutical Commercial operations.
Professional Skills:
Sound understanding of hospital buying/procurement processes is essential.
Selling, Negotiation, Key Account Management and Networking skills.
Sound understanding of local healthcare drivers and implications on the Antifungal portfolio.
