Key responsibilities

\xcc\xb6 Partner with clients across the different sectors to deliver innovative and strategic digital transformation programs.

\xcc\xb6 Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work is continually on track, delivering clear benefit to the client in both the short and long term, and adhering to budgets and schedules while maintaining high utilization.

\xcc\xb6 Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in strategy, operations, and/or organizational effectiveness within the digital transformation value chain.

\xcc\xb6 Contribute to the development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital.

\xcc\xb6 Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop, and extend client relationships..

\xcc\xb6 Mentor and apprentice junior colleagues, helping them hone and develop their professional skills and experience.
