Job Title Digital Transformation Manager

Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Digital Transformation Manager for a leading retail company in Dubai,UAE who will be responsible in identifying areas of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better. He/ she will also contribute in leading transformational projects whether in systems or digital projects that can be implemented in stores and online to drive the Omni-channel experience.
Responsibilities include -
- Execute full lifecycle transformation and digital transformational projects for the retail business.
- Be in charge of implementing projects that will enhance the overall store and online customer experience.
- Take initiative and identify the business areas for improvements implement necessary changes and deliver measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with key internal teams and departments (Gather key insights and feedback that the business can utilize on requirements).
- Deliver an omni-channel strategy, leveraging physical stores and e-commerce to improve the online and offline shopping experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations
- Lead the delivery of digital strategies and digital transformation, orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams
- Apply deep financial acumen and support identification and development of innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
- Lead end to end engagements, supervising team members, ensuring project timelines and project financials are met, and validating deliverables, such as maturity assessments, operating models, strategy plans, roadmaps, target states, digital trends, benchmarks and analysis, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Digital Transformation & Development
- Strong market knowledge and experience in the retail industry is a must
- Excellent project management skills and significant experience handling programs with focus on store/online retail shopping.
- Self-starter, accountable and results oriented; takes initiative, can commit to and meet established deadlines and objectives.
- Fast learner, agile, keen, and capable of handling new and changing assignments, strong organizational skills are a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills: able to present to and interact with managerial level and larger audiences, resolve/anticipate conflict, train and coach people.
- Committed to excellence and attention to detail.
- Must be techy-savy
