Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow the digital transformation consulting practice by identifying business opportunities inside the group companies and outside.
- Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation projects and programs by orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams
- Lead end to end engagements, guide and supervise team members, manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 expectations, manage project timeline, deliverables and financials
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations
- Apply deep financial acumen and support identification and development of innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
- Work with and lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Train and coach junior resources
