in a travel agency or similar role
Good communication skills in

Experience in flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements
Basic knowledge of travel documentation and booking systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Handle flight, hotel, and travel bookings for clients
Assist customers with enquiries, itineraries, and travel advice
Coordinate reservations, ticket issuance, and confirmations
Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
Maintain accurate records, invoices, and travel documents
Provide customer support before, during, and after travel
