Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our Project Department. The successful candidate will support senior sales team members in managing client accounts, developing new project leads, and coordinating quotations and follow-ups for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients and consultants.

- Support in preparing and submitting quotations and proposals.

- Follow up on offers and coordinate feedback.

- Maintain and update CRM records.

- Organize product samples and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.

- Attend project meetings or site visits with senior executives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and basic sales tools.

- Team player with a willingness to learn.

- Handle inquiries and assist sales managers and directors.

- Ensure compliance with internal and client documentation standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Familiarity with UAE documentation standards is a plus.
