We are seeking a

Business Development Executives

, executes the sales strategy developed with the BOD, initiates contact with customers doing business, and sells appropriate services.

Responsibilities:



Developing business within UAE market by obtaining Client companies and related business to achieve the revenue and Internal Rate of Return targets of the business Establishing and managing Business Plans including sales and production targets, marketing projections and Company Profitability Develops, communicates, and executes sales strategy for Trades Minerals Services to achieve sales objectives as directed Actively works with a list of assigned clients to issue proposals and win contracts towards an assigned sales target within training services Potentially attends industry and trade show events in support of lead generation and prospecting. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Developing and improving marketing plans unique to different products and services Lead the registration and prequalification/ vendor registration of the company with the government, semi government and private companies in UAE Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Education:



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Additional certifications or training in

Sales, Business Development, or Marketing

are an advantage

Professional Experience:



1-2 years of progressive experience

in business development, sales strategy execution, and client acquisition within the

UAE market


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales or Business Development: 1 year (Preferred) Junior Sales Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
