Key Responsibilities;
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Support in cold calling, following up on leads, and converting prospects into clients.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
2. Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Participate in on-site visits to understand client requirements.
- Assist in presenting design solutions, materials, and services to potential clients.
- Take accurate measurements and support in preparing project estimates.
3. Relationship Building
- Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Support in addressing client queries and providing tailored solutions.
4. Coordination & Teamwork
- Collaborate with design, project, and installation teams to align client expectations with project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving on-site issues.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and quotations.
Requirements:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of
sales experience,
preferably in interior fit-outs, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project estimation and site measurements.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
