Hiring Now: Junior Sales Executive - Joinery Division
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Greenland Building Engineering LLC (Joinery Division)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive with experience in the joinery industry to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of joinery materials, products, and site requirements, and be eager to build a successful sales career in the UAE market.

Job Scope - Junior Sales Executive (Joinery Division)



Support the sales team in generating new leads and securing joinery projects (doors, kitchens, wardrobes, customized joinery).
Conduct client visits, site surveys, and measurements when required.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals with coordination from the technical team.
Follow up with clients on submissions, approvals, and payments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor information.
Attend meetings and assist in pre-sales and post-sales support activities.

Job Requirements



1-2 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out sales (mandatory)
Knowledge of doors, kitchens, wardrobes, joinery materials, hardware & finishes
Ability to read basic drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
UAE Driving License required
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet targets
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
