Role Summary

Support the enterprise Risk Management Framework (RMF) by helping run risk assessments, maintain registers and KRIs, prepare board-ready MI, and assist with incident and third-party risk oversight across credit, market, liquidity, operational, conduct, technology/cyber, and outsourcing risks.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Registers & KRIs:

Keep risk and control registers current; calculate and track KRIs/thresholds; escalate breaches.

RCSA & Testing:

Assist with risk/control self-assessments, control walkthroughs, and evidence collection; follow up on remediation actions.

Incident Management:

Log incidents/near misses, coordinate root-cause documentation, track actions to closure, and support regulatory notifications pack preparation.

Operational Resilience:

Help maintain BCP/DR artifacts, scenario/stress test inputs, and test schedules; document outcomes.

Third-Party/Outsourcing:

Maintain the vendor/outsourcing register, collect due-diligence materials, and track ongoing monitoring requirements.

Product & Conduct Risk:

Support product/change reviews, marketing reviews, and complaints MI to feed root-cause analysis.

Data & Reporting:

Prepare concise monthly risk MI/dashboards for management and committees; ensure audit-ready evidence trails.

Policy & Training:

Version-control risk policies/procedures; track staff training completion and attestations.
Qualifications

2-4+ years in financial-services risk, audit, or related control functions (internships count); GCC/Qatar experience is a plus. Familiarity with RMF concepts (risk taxonomy, RCSA, KRIs, incident lifecycle, vendor risk, resilience). Strong analytical and documentation skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and collaboration tools. Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus. Nice to have: foundational risk/assurance coursework or certifications.
