We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior HSE Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment for our employees and stakeholders.
Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across various work sites
Support the development and delivery of HSE training programs for employees
Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
Participate in incident investigations and help develop corrective action plans
Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports for management review
Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
Assist in emergency response planning and drills
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in HSE or a related field
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification (preferred)
Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits
Basic incident investigation skills
Understanding of workplace safety practices and environmental protection measures
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in various environments, including office and field settings
