Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Support the preparation of detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist senior commercial team members during tendering stages, including inquiry preparation, pricing, and submission support.
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and help prepare comparison sheets and cost summaries.
Monitor project expenditures by tracking material consumption, labor costs, and site progress against budgets.
Assist in the preparation of monthly progress valuations, variation orders, and cost reports.
Maintain organized records of measurements, contracts, change orders, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and planning departments to ensure accurate cost and quantity reporting.
Support final account reconciliation and assist with project handover and close-out documentation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or construction projects (internships and graduate training considered).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD and estimating/take-off tools is preferred.
Fundamental understanding of measurement standards, cost control principles, and tendering procedures.
