Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Measure quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Support in procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
Assist in valuing completed work and arranging payments to subcontractors
Prepare and review contracts and variations
Assist in risk analysis and value engineering
Participate in site visits and meetings with project stakeholders
Maintain organized project documentation and records
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
0-2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD and quantity surveying software is a plus
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
