Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking one Male Junior Quantity Surveyor to support the Quantity Surveying team in managing project costs and contracts for building construction projects. The candidate will assist in cost estimation, measurements, billing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. Take quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Support the preparation of interim payment certificates and final accounts. Assist in valuation of variations and change orders. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors. Assist in reviewing subcontractor quotations and invoices. Maintain proper records of cost data, measurements, and reports. Support in contract administration and documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and contract conditions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BS, BE, BTech Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in building construction (UAE experience preferred). Basic knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and measurement methods. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic QS software (e.g., Plan Swift, CostX,Plan ,AutoCAD, CAD mate Take off preferred). Good communication and coordination skills
