Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings for civil, architectural, and MEP works.
Support the preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation in coordination with senior quantity surveyors.
Help evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations by preparing cost comparisons and summary reports.
Track material consumption, labor deployment, and site progress to support cost monitoring and budget control.
Assist in preparing interim valuations, payment applications, and variation orders.
Maintain updated cost records, measurement sheets, and supporting documentation in line with contract requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and planning teams to ensure accurate cost data and reporting.
Support final account preparation and project close-out documentation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or construction projects (internship experience acceptable).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; exposure to quantity take-off software is an advantage.
Understanding of standard methods of measurement, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes.
Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and work under guidance in a fast-paced project environment.
