Junior Property Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Inspector to join our expanding team of technical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying potential issues, and assisting in the preparation of detailed inspection reports.
What You'll Do:
Perform property inspections under the supervision of senior inspectors
Record findings accurately and clearly during site visits
Assist in compiling and preparing inspection reports
Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments as required
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong attention to detail with a desire to learn and grow in the field
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Possession of a UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
