Junior Production Engineer Chemical
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineer with hands-on experience in production and process operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily production activities, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and quality compliance in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor Daily Production Schedules and Work Schedules.
Maintain Material Requisitions, Daily Production Reports, and Incident Registers.
Conduct and maintain Vessel Cleaning Checklists and Toolbox Safety Checklists.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, QA/QC, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Strong documentation, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of production operations, safety standards, and process monitoring.
Salary Package: ?2,000 - ?2,500 per month.
Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
