OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Production Engineer to support the execution of production activities. The ideal candidate will bridge technical, planning, and coordination aspects across departments, ensuring production targets are met with timelines, quality and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the project manager in coordinating technical aspects of the project across teams including sales, design, procurement, and installation. Liaise with the sales team for design approvals before initiating production. Analyse and understand project scope and client specifications to support accurate production planning and execution. Support in estimating project costs, materials, and resources based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to the production plan and compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the design team to verify that drawings and technical specifications meet required guidelines. Prepare all documents required for the purchase requisition process and ensure all relevant approvals are obtained. Ensure the procured items are in line with the requirements and highlight if any deviations. Highlight and address concerns related to material availability, production execution, or delivery issues. Ensure minimal production delays through proactive planning and close coordination with involved departments. Participate in quality assurance checks and help implement corrective actions where necessary. Support documentation and reporting tasks related to production status, estimations, and material consumption.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Bachelors degree in engineering - CIVIL. Minimum 1 year of experience in temporary / interior fit out projects. Understanding of the Production floor and functioning Proficiency in MS Office Applications and essential computer skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
