The Junior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing client-centric marketing strategies, conducting market and consumer research, and crafting compelling pitch decks that bring marketing visions to life. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful marketing strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and present pitch decks that clearly articulate marketing proposals and campaign flows.
Stay updated on marketing trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies.
Support campaign planning, ideation, and strategy execution.
Ensure presentations and strategic outputs align with the client's brand identity and goals.
Continuously improve presentation flow and storytelling for both internal and client-facing communications.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Department Head.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, advertising, or client services (internships count).
Proficient in creating pitch decks and presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Strong understanding of branding, campaign planning, and marketing funnels.
Trend-savvy with a keen eye for creative innovation and cultural relevance.
Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma (preferred).
Understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital ecosystems is an asset.
