The ideal candidate will be a
native Arabic speaker
with a strong grasp of digital marketing platforms and proven experience in
consultative selling
. You'll serve as a bridge between our marketing capabilities and client needs--driving business growth through expert-level strategy and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively
identify, approach, and engage potential clients
to sell Brandnmark's digital marketing services
Conduct
strategic discovery meetings
to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate digital solutions
Confidently
pitch and present digital marketing services
(SEO, PPC, social media, content, influencer marketing, etc.)
Prepare proposals, quotations, and strategic onboarding plans
tailored to each client's business goals
Act as the
primary point of contact for new clients
during the planning and onboarding phases
Maintain regular contact with early-stage clients to build trust and facilitate smooth delivery
Collaborate with internal creative, media, and performance teams to deliver effective campaigns
Stay ahead of market trends, especially within
UAE/GCC digital ecosystems
Contribute to
inbound and outbound sales campaigns
, support lead generation initiatives, and maintain a healthy pipeline
Represent Brandnmark at networking events, meetings, and presentations as needed
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker
(Lebanese, Egyptian, Jordanian, or similar background preferred)
2-4 years of experience
in digital marketing strategy, client servicing, or B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to
sell marketing services
or consult clients on digital strategy
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content strategy
, and marketing funnels
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in
both Arabic and English
Solid proposal writing and CRM follow-up capabilities
