About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Junior IT Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing our technology use and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
? Assist in the configuration, customization, and management of Zoho applications to meet evolving business needs.
? Collaborate with the IT team to maintain, optimize, and improve the performance of internal IT systems.
? Develop and maintain scripts or automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
? Contribute to basic web development tasks utilizing HTML, Java, and other relevant programming languages (as applicable).
? Perform system updates, software installations, and routine IT maintenance tasks.
? Document technical procedures, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing and reference.
? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance IT solutions and improve overall security posture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
