Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior IT Administrator / IT Support Technician

to provide technical support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist with network management, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support daily server operations, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain internet connectivity and internal networks (LAN/Wi-Fi). Provide first-level troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and network issues. Assist with installing and configuring software, hardware, and user accounts. Support daily operations of basic servers (file sharing, email, backup). Maintain records of network devices, user accounts, and IT assets. Coordinate with external vendors or IT consultants for complex issues. Ensure antivirus and basic security measures are applied.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking.

Experience:

1-2 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server operations. Understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls). Proficiency in MS Office support. Good problem-solving and communication sk
