Prepare and update Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP drawings using BIM software
Develop and maintain discipline-specific BIM models as per project requirements
Assist in model coordination and basic clash detection using Navisworks
Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and BIM guidelines
Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators for design updates
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
2-3 years of experience as a BIM Draftsman or CAD/BIM Modeler
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks is an advantage)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
GCC experience will be added advantage
