Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful

Junior Draftsman cum Admin

to support our facilities management & property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate building blueprints and maintenance-related drawings, while also handling administrative tasks that ensure seamless operations across our maintenance sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Technical Duties:

Create detailed architectural and technical drawings of building layouts, systems, and maintenance zones. Convert on-site observations and engineering notes into precise digital blueprints using AutoCAD or equivalent software. Update existing building plans to reflect changes from maintenance, renovation, or system upgrades. Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and engineers to ensure plans are accurate and actionable. Maintain organized archives of building plans and related technical documentation.

Administrative Duties:

Assist with documentation, filing, and communication between departments. Prepare reports and summaries related to ongoing maintenance projects. Support inventory tracking for equipment, tools, and materials used in maintenance work. Schedule meetings, track project timelines, and help with procurement documentation as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Strong understanding of building layouts, systems, and maintenance operations. Basic knowledge of facilities management practices is a plus. Solid administrative and organizational skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus. Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Word.
