Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Drafting and Design: Prepare precise technical drawings for structural and fit-out projects using AutoCAD.

-Approvals Documentation: Support in preparing and organizing drawings for submission to relevant authorities.

-Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local codes, standards, and client requirements.

- Coordination: Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to meet deadlines.

- Revisions: Update designs based on stakeholder and authority feedback.

-File Management: Organize and maintain records of drawings, approvals, and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Drafting, or related fields.

Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is a plus).

Knowledge: Strong grasp of structural design principles and UAE regulatory requirements.

Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.

Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience: Entry-level or 1-2 years of UAE experience.
