with multiple branches across the UAE, known for our quality service and innovation. As we continue expanding and digitizing our operations, we are looking for aJunior Business Operations Officer
to support our growing team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Support
day-to-day business operations
and ensure smooth coordination across branches. Coordinate with internal teams to track orders, delivery schedules, and operational performance. Assist withERP implementation
and process digitization. Managecustomer interactions
and ensure an excellent client experience. Collaborate with thedigital marketing team
to: Create and managevisual content
(images/videos) for campaigns. Gather and shareclient testimonials
. Handleenquiries
received through marketing campaigns and online platforms. Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports.Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing. Basic knowledge of ERP or digital tools is an advantage. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
