About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Junior Cash Operations Officer to support daily treasury and cash management functions for a leading multinational organisation in Dubai. This role is responsible for executing daily cash transactions, performing reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and eager to build a career within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily cash transactions, including payments, transfers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate posting of entries.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and routine financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all cash operations records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external banks to promptly resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the cash operations function.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in cash operations, banking, or finance operations.
• Demonstrated experience in payment processing and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with banking or finance systems.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
