Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Assessment & Estimating
Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the scope of repairs needed. Prepare preliminary repair estimates. Assist senior estimators in creating detailed quotations for labor, parts, and materials. Photograph vehicle damage and document findings for internal and insurance use. Ensure estimates comply with UAE insurance and automotive repair standards.
Customer & Insurance Coordination
Communicate with customers to explain assessed damage, repair process, and cost estimates. Support the submission of claims and required documentation to insurance companies. Follow up on estimate approvals and clarifications from insurers.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology or related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of vehicle body repair, painting, and mechanical components. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
