with strong knowledge of MEP,joinery works and proficiency in AutoCAD to join our interior fit-out team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, and supporting the commercial team in bidding, procurement, and cost control activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates and BOQs for MEP and joinery works in interior fit-out projects.
Review and interpret architectural and joinery drawings.
Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Support in preparing technical and commercial submissions.
Track project costs and assist in budget monitoring.
Attend site visits and meetings when required to understand project scope.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Junior Estimator (preferably in joinery/interior fit-out industry).
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and items.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with local market rates and supplier networks (preferred).
Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
