**Junior AML Analyst - Insurance Compliance - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Junior AML Analyst to join its Insurance Division in Dubai. This entry-level role is key to supporting anti-money laundering (AML) compliance across the insurance arm of the business. The analyst will assist in monitoring, reporting, and implementing policies to meet regulatory standards and protect the organization from financial crimes.

**What You'll Do**

• Support the Compliance Department in developing and implementing AML/CFT frameworks and internal procedures
• Conduct client due diligence and complete risk assessments based on regulatory guidelines
• Review transactions, perform screening checks, and flag suspicious activities or red flags
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in accordance with local regulations
• Maintain record tracking systems for AML documentation in line with retention policies
• Coordinate with multiple departments including audit, operations, and business development for AML-related follow-ups
• Assist in the development and delivery of AML/CTF, FATCA, and CRS training programs
• Work closely with compliance committee meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure timely reporting to regulators
• Keep current on changes in local and international AML regulations and compliance requirements
• Support the execution and follow-up of internal AML audits and reviews

**Ideal Profile**

• Minimum 1 year of AML compliance experience in insurance or banking
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, and transaction screening systems
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple compliance tasks
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data
