Job Description

Asian Mold Craft International Decor is currently seeking a

highly skilled Joinery Factory Foreman

to lead and manage our joinery production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wood fabrication, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of factory operations within the interior and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations in the joinery workshop Manage carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers to ensure timely production Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and job orders before starting production Ensure all items are produced as per design specifications and project quality standards Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and enforce discipline and safety procedures Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement for timely material delivery Control wastage of materials and manage factory workflow efficiently Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a

Foreman in a joinery or woodworking factory

Strong knowledge of production techniques for doors, wardrobes, furniture, and decorative panels Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists Skilled in managing a multicultural team under pressure Knowledge of wood machinery operation and maintenance is an advantage Good communication and leadership skills Candidates currently in UAE with immediate availability preferred Reqired valid UAE Driving License
