We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production & Factory Manager to lead and manage our joinery factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, managing factory workers, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily factory operations and joinery production activities. Supervise and coordinate factory workers and foremen. Read, interpret, and execute work based on AutoCAD drawings and technical plans. Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery of joinery works. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and efficient use of materials. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery production and factory management. Strong ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings. Experience managing workers and factory operations. Good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
