We are seeking a

Joinery Production Engineer

with strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D design software to oversee the design, quality, and production of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and production processes meet the highest standards, while also managing on-site project execution and collaborating with the factory team.

Responsibilities:

Create and review detailed drawings in AutoCAD and 3D design software to guide production and project execution. Monitor and ensure the quality of manufacturing and production processes. Oversee on-site project installation and ensure work aligns with approved designs and standards. Monitor inventory in collaboration with the accountant to track materials and ensure accurate records. Maintain and update a checklist of tasks for both factory and on-site activities, ensuring clear documentation of completed work. Track and record materials and equipment taken to the site and confirm their proper utilization. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
Requirements:

Develop detailed production schedules that align with project timelines, ensuring all joinery works are completed on time. Optimize resource allocation, including materials and labor, to maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the joinery production process. providing technical support and maintaining the production systems to ensure smooth operations of our business-critical applications. helps control and structure all stages of the manufacturing process, including design, development, material procurement, implementation, quality controls and protocols analytical thinking, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Previous experience in overseeing factory production and on-site project execution. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. A degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Day-to-day tasks

measure, grade and feed raw materials into production machinery. operate equipment like factory conveyor lines. assemble goods on a production line. report equipment faults to maintenance staff. monitor production and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
