Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Factory Manager to oversee our joinery production facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in joinery or carpentry manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of production workflows, machinery, quality control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop/factory.

- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.

- Lead a team of carpenters, machinists, and other factory staff.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and factory discipline.

- Monitor quality assurance and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Maintain all machines and tools in good working condition.

- Coordinate with project managers and design teams for timely execution.

- Prepare weekly reports on productivity, material consumption, and staffing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a joinery, carpentry, or woodworks manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and woodworking machinery.

- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
