in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced

Joinery & Fit-Out Project Manager

to manage

sales coordination, basic design & 3D drawings, joinery production planning, and site execution

.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

for a professional with strong knowledge of

joinery materials, workmanship standards, workshop production, and on-site fit-out execution

.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Coordination

Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and designers for joinery and fit-out projects. Understand client requirements and convert inquiries into approved scopes. Support proposal preparation, scopes, BOQs, and material selections.

Design & Drawings

Prepare

basic AutoCAD drawings and 3D visuals

for joinery and fit-out works. Develop layouts, elevations, and concept designs for client approvals. Coordinate and review detailed shop drawings.

Production & Material Planning

Manage

joinery workshop production schedules

. Finalize and control

joinery materials and finishes

, including: MDF, veneer, laminate, plywood, solid wood Hardware, hinges, runners, accessories PU polish, lacquer, melamine, paint systems Ensure

proper workmanship standards

, detailing, and finishing quality. Coordinate with workshop supervisors to maintain production quality and timelines.

Site Execution & Quality Control

Oversee joinery installation and interior fit-out works on site. Inspect workmanship, alignment, finishing, and installation quality. Resolve technical, design, and execution-related site issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

Requirements

7-12 years of experience

in

joinery and interior fit-out projects

in the UAE. Strong hands-on knowledge of

joinery materials, finishes, and workmanship standards

. Proven experience managing

joinery production and installation

. Ability to prepare

AutoCAD drawings and basic 3D designs

(SketchUp / 3ds Max or similar). Ability to read and review

BOQs, shop drawings, and technical details

. Strong client handling and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Civil Engineering background preferred

(Degree or Diploma). Background in

joinery workshops or fit-out contracting companies

. Experience managing

multiple projects simultaneously

. UAE driving license preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range:

AED 4,500 - 8,000/month

(based on experience) Performance-based incentives Visa provided as per UAE labour law
