Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

: Develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for interior fit-out projects.

Team Coordination

: Work with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Site Supervision

: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design specs.

Client Communication

: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and approvals.

Documentation

: Maintain project reports, drawings, BOQs, and handover documents.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

. 8-12 years of experience in

fit-out project management

, especially in commercial or residential sectors. Strong knowledge of

local authority regulations

in the UAE (e.g., DEWA, Trakhees, DDA). Proficiency in tools like

AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera

, and project tracking software. Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Only UAE experience and UAE based candidates with Valid UAE Driving License

Fit Out Project Management Experience:

Fit out Project Manager: 8-10 years (Mandatory)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving License? (Mandatory)

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
