Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Fit Out Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering luxury villa and hotel projects in Dubai. Join a dynamic, rapidly growing company renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design execution, and delivering landmark interiors across the region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end fit out projects for high-end villas and premium hotels, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and site operations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and proactive problem solving
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years experience managing luxury fit out projects in Dubai, specifically villas and/or hotels
  • Strong technical knowledge of finishes, MEP coordination, and bespoke joinery
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Dubais construction regulations, permits, and health & safety standards
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
