Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concept Designer specializing in Hospitality projects in GCC. You will be responsible for managing design projects, developing branding strategies, creating designs, and overseeing drawings, associated with designing interiors of hospitality properties. You will collaborate with the team to deliver and develop world-class innovative and exceptional designs.

Responsibilities

Design Strategy Development: Leading the development of design strategies aligned with business goals. Team Leadership and Management: Ensuring effective management and leadership of design teams to achieve objectives. Innovation and Creativity: Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the design department. Design Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality assurance process to maintain high design standards in coordination with the Managing Director. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to integrate design into various aspects of the organization. Budget Management: Managing the design budget efficiently and effectively. Talent Development and Training: Developing talent within the design team through training and mentorship programs. Managing the Project: Ensuring timely and successful completion of design projects. Continuously improving user experience through design iterations and feedback analysis. Market and Trend Analysis: Staying updated on market trends and incorporating relevant insights into design strategies.

Qualifications

Design Management and Architecture skills Product Design skills & Construction Drawings skills Branding skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Aesthetic sense and creative approach to design At least 10+ years of experience in the field Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Experience in luxury hospitality properties is a plus Familiarity with design software and tools
