The Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality (Concept / Creative Arts) at Azizi Developments will play a key role in leading design concepts and creative direction for hospitality projects. Based at the Design 360 Studio in Dubai, this role involves managing projects from concept through IFC, ensuring compliance with codes, design quality, and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development for hospitality projects, including space planning, mood boards, and material selection
• Produce detailed design documentation including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings in compliance with codes and project standards
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, managing feedback and revisions effectively
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless design integration
• Oversee the design process to manage timelines, budgets, and quality from concept through to execution
• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design intent and provide timely solutions for challenges
• Deliver complete mixed-use and hospitality projects, ensuring coordination across all design disciplines

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional interior design experience, with a strong hospitality background
• Proven portfolio of concept-to-completion hospitality projects with emphasis on creative arts and conceptual design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong ability to manage all design stages from concept through IFC documentation
• Excellent project delivery skills with focus on coordination, timelines, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
