Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Service Advisor
with a strong background incommercial vehicles
to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will act as a link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Receive vehicles and prepare job cards Understand customer complaints and clearly explain required repairs Coordinate with technicians, workshop supervisors, and parts department Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles Update customers on service status and obtain approval for additional work Maintain service records and related documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience with commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, heavy vehicles) 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers and workshop staff (multilingual skills are an advantage) Basic computer knowledge (job cards, reports, service records) Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
Additional Experience (Preferred):
Candidates with commercial vehicle experience and/or body shop exposure are welcome to apply
Education:
Diploma or ITI in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
