Job Overview
The Service Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service inquiries, preparing job cards, and coordinating with workshop teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. You will also support revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and document service requirements clearly
• Provide job explanations, time estimates, and accurate quotations
• Open job cards, liaise with workshop teams, and track service progress
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on job status and approvals
• Promote value-added services and assist in achieving monthly revenue goals
• Ensure smooth vehicle handover with invoice explanation and satisfaction confirmation
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and timely resolution

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a dealership environment, including 3+ years in Bus or Commercial Vehicles service
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP tools and MS Office
• Strong customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Technical understanding of commercial vehicle systems
