Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments
Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures
Promote hotel services and facilities
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Good communication skills in English (preferred)
Previous experience in guest relations or front office is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
