Responsibilities:
Assist customers through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
Provide product information, sizing assistance, and order support
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Requirements:
Experience in online customer support (preferably fashion).
Fast, polite, and professional communication across email, WhatsApp, and DMs.
Strong writing skills with an elegant, clear tone.
Able to guide clients through sizing, fabrics, prices, and appointments.
Organized and able to manage many messages without missing follow-ups.
Skilled in converting inquiries into appointments or sales.
Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and social media inbox tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
