We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Online Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, handle online sales, and ensure excellent service across all channels. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage online platforms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Manage online sales platforms (e.g., company website, Instagram, marketplaces) including product listings, pricing, and availability.
Process online orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product information, promotions, and sales support to customers.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align online campaigns and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase online sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in customer service or online sales.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online sales platforms.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems or e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of social media sales strategies.
Previous experience in retail customer service.
